The  organizational structure is designed & operates in such way that each and every individual site functions are monitored and controlled on regular basis. The gardening staff are assigned scheduled works on daily basis for horticultural operations & at the end of day work output is checked by supervising staff.

Irrigation staff checks all irrigation units on regular basis on a continual schedules & any minor rectifications required are notified to management via their immediate in-charge to concerned site Engineer. The site Engineer makes weekly report for company for Landscape &  Irrigation which are assessed by Works manager & inputs required for site maintenance  are distributed.

We have three in-house nurseries where the stocks are raised for landscape & all Agricultural inputs are housed inside nurseries for a quick release if any demand arises at any of our existing site maintenance .We have full machineries from ride on cylinder lawn mowers to turf care machinery which are required for big maintenances coupled with mobile crew teams which are deputed for emergency works in sensitive maintenances.

The staff is well qualified with years of experience in their respective field of key functions in middle-east  & are supported by  technical staff for speedy response. ( The manpower , setup details are attached in separate sheet for your kind reference ) .

Staff comprises of  Management team, Design team, Accounting , P.R.O, Horticulturists, Entomologists, Agri. Engineers, Irrigation Engineers, Technicians, Plumbers, Gardeners Etc.

The yearly horticultural operations calendar is maintained for individual site & followed up by respective site personnel for everyday, weekly, fortnightly, monthly & Quarterly, annual horticultural operations & monthly reports are submitted along with invoices submission. Any malfunctioning minor or major affecting the maintenances short term or long term is notified to client before taking over maintenances and during the normal course of maintenances.

The working staff at premises are given proper  work attires with company logos, safety shoes, tool s& equipments, communication gears to individuals supervising their activities.
